Responsibilities:
Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess.
Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT stang requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
Manage the end- to- end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and negotiation.
Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
Requirements:
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent while maintaining a win- win approach.
In- depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
4+ YOEs as a Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
