IT Recruiter (HaNoi＆HCM)

- Our company is a Japanese company. We offer IT engineers to IT company clients onsite or remotely.
- We are looking for someone with experience in searching for IT engineers onsite or remote in HCM or HN.
* Job description
- Our company has approximately 60 IT clients in Vietnam. Your mission is to build relationships
with clients and find and match engineers based on their requests.
- Communication with clients
+ Build a relationship with the client and hear about the information and job content of the IT engineer that the client wants.
- Screening Candidates recruiters screen the candidate for the client company&039;s job requirements and qualifications, as well as checking to ensure a good fit
- Support after matching is confirmed
- Arranging Interviews recruiter arranges interviews between the job candidate and key staff within the client company.
+ Intervene between clients and IT engineers and deal with many kind of problems

* Qualifications, experience
- Strive every day to achieve monthly KPIs
- More 2 years of experience finding new clients and building client relationships
- More 2 years of experience in Onsite or Remote business
- Deep experience in using Micro Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- More 2 years of experience in finding IT engineer talent
