IT Recruiter (Middle)

Conduct surveys and update the recruitment status in the market
Support the successful recruitment and onboarding of new staff and responsible for full employee lifecycle
Sourcing suitable candidates based on requirements for non- technical and technical candidates
Follow up outsourced staff
Proactively promote the company’s work environment and career opportunities on social media and other networks (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.)
Prepare candidate pools/database to adapt with annual recruitment needs of respective functions
Be actively involved in communication with candidates during the recruitment process
Collaborate in the development of active hiring approaches using headhunting methods to enhance team efficiency on the matter
Support various key HR projects

High responsibility at work
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
Attention to detail, follow- up, and excellent organizational skills
3 years experience in recruitment in the IT industry
Strong ability to multi- task and be detail- oriented
A strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or HR- related fields
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resource management, or other related fields
Flexibility and willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects in an ever- changing startup environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Have experience in leading a team

Salary range: Upto 16M
Working time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM); Lunch time: 12:00 AM – 1:00 PM
