IT Senior Manager

IT Senior Manager handles overseeing and managing the strategic planning, implementation, and operation of the organization&039;s IT systems. He/she leads an IT professionals&039; team, ensuring the smooth functioning of the IT division, and aligning IT strategies with the overall business goals. The job description typically includes managing IT budgets, evaluating and recommending innovative technologies, ensuring data security, and driving process improvements. Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills are essential for this role, as IT senior managers are expected to lead by example, collaborate with various stakeholders, and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Monitor IT systems and services to ensure they meet user requirements; name and address potential issues.
- Lead the implementation of innovative technologies within the company, including working with vendors, following the projects initiated by RIT/CIT, consulting with IT staff, and communicating with management.
- Maintain up- to- date knowledge of technology trends, industry standards, government regulations, security measures, and best practices informing decision- making processes and strategies.
- Others as assigned by superior.
- Monitor data security protocols and ensure that the organization stays compliant with industry standards.
- Collaborate with departments throughout the organization to plan and implement projects or initiatives related to IT operations.
- Manage IT budgets and expenditures to ensure the organization’s IT systems run efficiently.
- Supply technical support to end users about the use of computer applications or hardware products.
- Supply technical guidance on system implementation activities as needed.
- Create and update IT policies and procedures based on industry best practices.

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field of study.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- At least 07 years of experience working in technical roles in relevant positions.
- An advanced understanding of database and system architecture principles.
- Persuasive communication skills to liaise effectively with other staff members and stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking.
- Technical expertise.

- Working Place: working in Hanoi OR Ho Chi Minh
+ TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
+ Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang Street, Ward 02, Tan Binh District, HCMC
- Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday- Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)

- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year

- Work from home: 02 days/week (applied after 06 working months)
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
