Job Description
Document issues, resolutions, and asset details in the ticketing system
Respond to service tickets and incidents within defined SLAs
Provide on- site technical support for IT devices, infrastructure network, and other peripherals.
Other tasks assigned
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
Provide basic end- user training and guidance when required
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and replacements of IT equipment
Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors for complex issues
Travel to multiple locations as per service requirements
Obtain customer signoff on e- service reports and update the ticketing system as required to close the job
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and standard software
Job Requirement
Must have:
Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organised and self- learning attitude
Be proactive, flexible, conscientious, responsible, honest and prudent
Able to install, set up and configure IT devices and network equipment
Diagnostic & troubleshooting skills
Hardworking and ready to work in a pressure environment
Have good knowledge about the hardware of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
Preferred:
Not require a bachelor’s degree
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and a growth mindset are welcome to apply
2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk
Good at English communication skill
Good communication skills in Vietnamese, both verbal and written
Able to support overtime
