IT Solutions Consultant

GoAsia Talent is a leading APAC Talent Consultancy. We are recruiting this role on behalf of Inform Software (www.inform- software.com), a pioneering technology company dedicated to optimizing transport and supply chains worldwide.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Consultant, you will be part of an agile aviation team and support international customers such as SATS, IndiGo, Qantas, and Dnata. This role involves advising and training customers, coordinating project requirements, and collaborating with the project team to deliver tailored solutions. You will also have the opportunity to propose and develop concepts for project extensions.
This is a hybrid role- employees are required to work 3 days/week on- site at their new office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities:

Consult customers on potential project extensions and develop suitable concepts.
Collaborate with the project team to deliver customized solutions for customers.
Coordinate project requirements and act as the main point of contact for customers throughout all project phases.
Advise and train customers on the functionality and handling of their GroundStar solutions, after intensive training through our mentoring program.
Implement IT solutions based on GroundStar software for aviation sector clients in Asia.

Requirements:

Completed studies in a field related to IT (computer science, business informatics, engineering science, or similar).
Ability to understand complex issues, communicate them clearly, and get to the point effectively.
Excellent knowledge of English and an open- minded attitude towards diverse cultural contexts.
Team- oriented and service- oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Experience in software project implementation is a plus, but not mandatory.
