IT Supervisor

Manage Wi-Fi controller systems.
Co-operate with IT Global to develop business application system (SAP, MES) … base on specific requirement Business.
Manage camera system, replace, configure camera setting.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
Installing computer hardware & software installation.
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
Manage and operate of server systems, backup devices.
Maintain and upgrading of information technology equipment of the company.
Support user to handle internal software errors, office software.
Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
Support to manage mail server, support users to use mail on outlook ...
Handling telephone system.
Support to fix problems with printers, scanners, photos, timekeeping.

Work place : Nhut Chanh Industrial Park, Nhut Chanh Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province. Bus for employees coming from HCMC.

Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
Strong communication skills and being able to work under pressure.
Troubleshooting abilities skill.
Microsoft and Cisco certificate is preferred.
Experience implementation MS365/VMware/Backup solution.
At least 3 years experiences in similar role.
Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented.
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience required.
