IT Supervisor/ Manager

Maintain data transfer/ VPN connection stability.
Manage IT vendors, source and purchase computer and network equipment, and payment application.
ERP system maintenance and management. Management for server and IT support for client.
Assist in the system support for financial system and HR system.
IT project management and implementation.
Backup work data periodically.
Server room management, and other network equipment and office equipment maintenance.
Monitor cost for internet and telephone.
IT infrastructure improvement.
IT support for desktop and laptop computers in the office or remotely.
Other IT issues assigned by management.
Handle meeting scheduling, maintain video conference system running smoothing and slove connect problem.
Keep IT equipment record and update periodically.
Create share folder/ data, sharing platform and authority system for accessing.
Access system maintenance and management, including network camera and finger- print system running normally.
Implement internet security measurements.
E- mail, FTP and account management.

Good organizing, communication, team- work skills.
Technical and analytical skills with infrastructure systems environments and protocols.
Hands on skillset to maintain server and e- mail, network/ internet/ VPN/ connection, data security, phone system, video conference system;
Good skills and strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Budgeting skills and cost control skills.
Solid technical skills in establishing, troubleshooting and maintaining data communication system.
Ensure the information system running stable by providing IT Supoort and assistant to staffs in IT issue in a timely manner and within reasonable budget cost.
