IT Support

Provide first level of end-user support.
Install and setup computers, office equipment for users at factory and offices.
Know how to configure VPN, experience in Fortinet is plus.
Responsible for managing all IT facilities like computer, phone, ... of the company (About the current number of computers; ordering new computers when needed; collect computer when having staff stop working; Making repair plans when broken ... )
Participate to IT system implementation projects.
Support and monitor to ensure that the information system, data system, documents ... of the Company are kept confidential. When an incident occurs, promptly propose remedial and repair measures.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1 years of experience.
Experience in administration of MS Windows domain networks.Good knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructure, computer software and hardware
Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365, antivirus software, camera, WiFi, Telephone.
English communication skill.
Bachelor’s or College’s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science.
