With this vacancy we are looking for support at our location Ho Chi Minh City. Travel between our locations is possible.
WHAT YOU DO

Learn and develop skills in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
Format laptops and install necessary software and updates
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of cloud- based solutions
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other IT staff
Manage and maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets
Keep up- to- date with new technologies and industry trends
Provide technical support to consultants on hardware and software issues

WHO YOU ARE

Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred but not required)
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)
Several years of experience in desktop support or a related field
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Good level of English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders
