IT Support / IT Helpdesk

Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Communicate with customers on technical and non-technical matters and perform continuous process improvement to all support and maintenance activities
Responsible for testing, deployment, maintenance, performance optimization, and automation of our systems based on Windows and other open-source software
Logging the queries of customers and employees
Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault
Testing and evaluating new technology

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in Microsoft Office applications as well as Windows Operating Systems
Knowledge of setting up and installation of computer and networking equipment
Working experience in IT System and Application Support
Basic knowlegde of VoIP system is a plus
Excellent in troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Able to communicate in English
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Experienced in Network configuration and troubleshooting such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, VLAN
