Responsibilities
The Support Officer is responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues and providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Setting up new users&039; accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Replacing parts as required.
• Perform daily checklist and report to relevant IT team/vendors if there is any issue.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Supporting the roll- out of new applications.
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other IT team.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Responding within agreed time limits to call- outs.
• Working continuously on a task until completion.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Any other duties consistent with the job as directed by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Familiarity with other office automation packages is preferable.
• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Network Operating Systems, Antivirus and E- Mail/Internet systems.
• Graduated College or above with the related major.
• Experience in the use of network monitoring tools, remote desktop tools.
• Sound English communication skills in written and oral forms.
• Professional appearance.
• Previous working experience in a LAN/WAN environment as Helpdesk IT/ Technician IT at least 2 years.
• Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
