IT Support Officer

•Setup and troubleshoot company phone (Iphone/Ipad)
•Manage company mobile applications
•Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
•Communicate with internal clients (HQ or branch offices), either face to face or over the telephone, email to help set up systems or resolve issues
•Setup and maintain network, internet connection, all network devices (Router, switch, Wifi ...)
•Setup and maintain all of hardware in company such as PC, Telephone, Printer, Projector, Access control ...
•Training security mind and all of IT procedure, regulation for users in company
•Managing fixed asset, Documentation of all IT system
•Monitoring and make sure all of system operation smoothly daily
•Performing job administration & other job assigned by Managers

•Bachelor or Diploma in Computer Science
•Excellent knowledge of Apple iOS/Smartphone/Table
•Excellent knowledge of network LAN, WAN, computer software, hardware and security infrastructure
•Experience Apple Products and iOS
•Programming knowledge
•Good command of spoken and written English
•Customer service oriented
•Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation and communication skills
