IT Support Specialist (Contracted)

Description:
Provide IT support for end users. Troubleshoot problems, configure and maintain all applications in VPMBr. The Application Support Specialist will also engage with business users to understand their needs, analyze requirements, and deliver solutions to help grow business.
Responsibilities:
•Support end-users to solve any issues related to application systems, ensure smoothly operation of application systems.
•Gather and analyze user requirements, design, modify and maintain applications to meet business demands.
•Develop the reports to support users and Management Team to better analyze and make decisions.
•Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals.
•Site support:
- Provide daily first-level onsite end-user computing support (e.g. meeting/conference, laptop, networking, MS Windows & Office 365 and other software) and report/escalate to other support teams as appropriate.
- Closely work with IT team to implement and deploy new projects.
•Perform tasks assigned by the line manager.

•At least 3 years’ experience in application support role. Experience in FMCG or commercial/consumer environment would be a plus.
•Good understanding of business processes, especially in the field of retail, e.g. Sales Force Automation application, Trade & Consumer Engagement application, E-Commerce website.
•Must have a solid understanding of database management systems (MS SQL is a must) and business intelligence suites (Power BI is a must).
•Must be familiar with following programming languages: SQL (expert), DAX, C#, VBA.
•Experience in Cloud application development/deployment, Website operations (SysOps, DevOps), Web APIs (RESTful) would be a plus.
•Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills and organizational skills.
•English skills: fluent.
