Support users in the platforms such as Windows, Ubuntu, MacOS, setting OS, software and handling arising problems
Other tasks related to requirements of higher department
Managing Active Directory system, File server, Mail, Virtualization infrastructure...
Monitor, evaluate and improve performance of: employee computers, network systems, servers
Set up computers and servers to comply with the company&039;s security policies
Manage company&039;s information technology assets & equipment

Have experience in system implementation (Windows Server, Linux Server, VMware, Hyper- V, Active Directory, File Server...)
Have analytical and problem- solving skills
Graduated from College or University majoring in IT or fields related to computers and technology
Careful, hardworking, highly responsible at work, sociable, good communication skills
Have experience in managing and setting network server, LAN, router (cisco), switch (cisco), Firewall, have Certificate of CCNA, MCSA is preferable
Have knowledge in the platforms: Linux, MacOS, Docker, Kubernetes, Proxmox Virtualization, Cloud is preferable
Good English in Reading & Writing
Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position
