IT System Administrator (Cloud Infrastructure)

Infrastructure System Administration (On- Premises & Cloud):
• Develop and execute regular inspection and maintenance plans for servers, storage, and infrastructure equipment.
• Coordinate with cross- functional teams to resolve incidents and ensure service continuity.
• Design, implement, manage, and operate server systems (including virtualization software, Linux & Windows OS), centralized data storage (SAN, NAS, Object Storage), and IT infrastructure equipment at data centers (both on- prem and cloud).
• Propose solutions to optimize system performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and availability using specialized monitoring tools.
Core IT Services Administration:
• Deploy, manage, and optimize platform services such as Web services (Nginx, IIS, Apache), Mail services (Zimbra, Exchange), DHCP, DNS, Microsoft CA, and Windows Active Directory.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects as a subject matter expert.
• Provide consultation to optimize software licensing and subscription costs.
• Manage and operate cloud- based services including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AWS, etc.
Backup & Disaster Recovery Planning:
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for server systems and data storage.
• Collaborate on DR testing activities to ensure system recoverability.
Documentation & Operational Guidelines:
• Conduct quarterly reviews of operational procedures and guidelines.
• Draft, update, and guide the execution of SOPs for system operation.
• Supervise and directly develop operation manuals and technical SOPs for server systems, centralized storage, and platform services.
Training & Knowledge Development:
• Research and stay current with emerging technologies and infrastructure trends.
• Conduct internal and cross- departmental technical training and knowledge- sharing sessions.
• Design and deliver technical training programs aligned with the company&039;s development roadmap.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations at data centers.
• At least 2 years of hands- on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or other cloud platforms.
Technical Skills:
• Solid knowledge of storage and backup systems.
• Understanding of Data Center infrastructure design and operations.
• Hands- on experience with VMware virtualization.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows server administration.
• Familiar with networking services (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, etc.).
