IT System Administrator (English)

● Research new technologies, assess possible solutions and evaluate systems prior to implementation
● Work within the Shuttlerock IT Team to help manage, maintain endpoint hardware and data across a number of global offices and remote locations.
● Ensure all IT systems and staff are compliant with security requirements as outlined in the Shuttlerock IT Policies
● Increase IT security awareness
● Carry out some of the BAU system administration and support tasks required to manage aglobal workforce.

Minimum Requirement:
● Fluent in Vietnamese and English in writing and speaking to be able to support staff
internationally via Slack, Email and video calls.
● Suitable Age range: 18- 27 yo.
Desirable:
● A level of experience with the Japanese language would be considered an asset
● Great communications skills, both in person and remote
● Experience in Data analysis is a plus. Keen interest in data privacy, IT security and systems management
● Tertiary level IT qualification or equivalent
● Social media experience. We are partners with the major platforms.
● Experience working a similar Systems Administrator role.
● An interest in looking at problems from a global perspective while working within different legislations, cultures, languages and time zones.
