IT System Administrator

Provide technical support to systems and users;
Periodically review system logs and reports to ensure that systems are working properly;
Perform data backups and virtual machine backups;
Maintaining security through updates, patches, and proper permissions;
Provide technical assistance to users, include hardware and software issue;
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other system problems, and replace defective components when necessary;
Develop and manage the documentation of systems, software, and processes;
Manage, operate and maintain the relevant systems;
Specify system requirements and design solutions and setup system if any;
Ensure systems are patched and updated with the latest version for both of hardware and software;
Installing Hardware and Software and manage virtual machines in the data center and the cloud;
Review and research new technologies in collaboration with the business requirement to facilitate more efficient installation, management, performance and support;
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and Presidential Board.
Monitoring and evaluating system performance and making recommendations for upgrades;

Qualification:

Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field; Advanced degree is preferred;
Preferred certifications (MCSA, MCSE, LPI, Veeam, VCA, VCP ...)

Experiences:

Experience in Windows servers, Linux (Centos, Ubuntu, Debian, ...), VMWare vSphere/vCenter, Hyper- V, Veeam, Azure Active Directory Federated Services (AADFS), Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Internet Information Server (IIS), Routing Remote Access, SQL server, MySQL server, Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Office 365, CWP, pfsense, …
At least 5 years of working experience on IT System Administrator or equivalent position;

Knowledge:

Practical knowledge in dealing with Windows servers, Linux servers, ...;
Very good knowledge and experience in the administration and operation of systems and cloud;
Good Knowledge of security standards and communication.
