IT System Analysis/ Application Support (Core Lending, Core Card)

Project- management to implement of major applications including Lending Core system enhancement, CRM, data mining (reporting and data extraction), credit scoring, and MIS when needed.
Supporting User Acceptance Test for the project sign off.
In charge of analyzing and preparing business and system requirements (IT Lending Core systems)
Ensuring proper due diligence and gap analysis is done for application implementation against the business requirements
Managing and leveraging between end user’s expectation and the base lined business requirements
Working cohesively with the application vendor’s application supporters to get the required knowledge transfer for the product knowledge and business process.
Providing system/application support for end user and know- how supports to internal teams.

Qualification

University Degree majored in Information Technology

Work Experience

Minimum 03 years working experience in Software development and Application support
Have experience on business analysis and system analysis
Have experience on Core banking or Core Lending/Card system is a plus
Have working experience in Finance/Banking/Insurance is a plus

Knowledge

Work with external vendor to follow up core system issues/enhancement
Configure the core system business rules for setup new products in core
Providing system/application support for end user and know- how supports to internal teams
Have knowledge on ITIL framework and process
