IT System Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

• To maintain, support and develop the company’s IT systems to meet business requirements.


• To ensure IT systems are aligned with the company’s standard.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

1. Support / maintain IT systems as assigned (including end-user training).


2. Develop and maintain IT systems.

• Investigate/ analyze the business requirements, make the business work flows.


• Do the coding (or manage the coding process in-case of outsourcing).


• Train users


• Maintain and improve the systems.


• Ensure system documentation including business work flow, report format required, user’s manual, program source codes etc. which complies with document template and timeline.

1. Make necessary recommendations to IT Manager regarding possible improvements of the assigned systems.


2. Maintain / comply (with) the company’s standards and procedures for application development.


3. Participate in other IT projects as assigned.

Educational Attainment Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in  IT or business related courses.

Professional Background

• At least 3 years working as programer/ analyst.


• Ability to capture and analyze business requirements. 


• Application programming skill (Mobile development, .NET development, Reporting Tool, SQL, Crystal report, etc.)


• Experience of Web development/ Mobile app development/ ERP (Exact, SAP, ...) is preferred.


• Good knowledge of ERP system, financial, accounting, sales, manufacturing is preferred
