JOB SUMMARY
IT System Analyst is a member of the IT and Data Management team responsible for the gathering requirement, design, construction, integration, testing, verification and maintenance of required applications including ERP system (Microsoft D365 F&O) and other Applications (Windows/Web/Mobile/Power Platform). In addition, the post provides support for Microsoft D365 F&O and related application if required.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Application Development
- Create intuitive, logical and dynamic user interfaces using HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, XSL, EXTJS and AJAX.
- Manage Windows 2008/2012 Server, IIS, COM+ and SQL Server 2008/2012 with regards to administration and performance tuning.
- Create efficient, scalable, reusable middle tier logic using any of ASP.NET, VB.NET, Classic ASP, XML, C, and other languages as needed.
- Gathering requirements/analysis/develop new functions/modules to support D365 business by using D365 F&O platform or integrate with D365 F&O using Power Platform (Power App/Power BI/Power Automate), …
- Develop other Applications if require for supporting OUCRU’ Business.
- Build systems to collecting data for OUCRU Metrics and Reports (using SharePoint and Power Platform, ASP.NET, SQL Server…)
- Create and design databases, views, stored procedures, T- SQL statements and user- defined functions of varying complexity with a “best practices” approach to keys, indices and relationships in SQL Server 2008/2012.
- Assist in continual improvement of software configuration management process.
Application support.
- Training new users for using D365 F&O and other related applications.
- Daily support the issues related to D365 F&O and other related applications.
- Build training material like Processes, User guide/manual, FAQs…
Maintenance and other roles
- Participate in training and / or customer support activities as needed.
- Research and identify the cause of reported defects and issues.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
- Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures;
