TÓM TẮT CÔNG VIỆC:

Responsibility for documenting the system.
Manage network system, do health check regularly and build or replace network devices if required.
Co- work with colleagues to deploy projects of System & Network if required.
To be responsible for implement and maintain computer system, especially on Windows Active Directory, DNS, File Server. Performing routine backup- recovery of systems.
Troubleshooting any reported problems.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
IT SYSTEM & NETWORK ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM

Manage CCTV System
Manage PABX & PA system: Panasonic,…
Monitor system performance and implements performance tuning.
Install and maintain all new hardware, systems, and necessary applications for works.
Manage servers’s services (DNS, File Server, AD, …)
Manage Database Server (SQL Server) & Web server (Win Server 2016)
Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, and associated systems.
Co- work with colleagues to deploy projects of system & network
Manage & maintain Fortigate Firewall & Cisco switch, network device, LAN & WAN
Manage and monitor backup/ recovery, capacity planning and system performances.

IT SERVICE DESK

Manage hardware inventory list and software resourcess
Contact with supplier/vendor/ISP to make sure the network between sites running smoothly and have backup solution for incident (BCP).
Support & training users about basic computer skills & incident guideline for self- solving problem.
Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
Provide a qualified level of technical support.

YÊU CẦU:

Male. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

Ability to learn new IT technology; self- study, research for solution is a must.
Certifications: CCNA (will be advantage).
Good interpersonal, communication and problem- solving skills.
Age: 26- 35
Minimum 5 years’ experience in installing, set up, and helpdesk.
Have acknowledged on SQL database, programming languages such as C, ... is a plus.
Willingness to work outside normal business hours.
Good command of English (reading, writting and speaking).
Strong background in network and security administration.
Good experienced in Cisco Switch devices, FortigateFirewall, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, ADo and File sharing.
Punctuality.
Team player.
