IT Team Lead

− Promote and enforce infrastructure standards for operations, security, and data integrity and for availability, performance, and capacity management.
− Collaborate with regional and global team members. Provide leadership and assistance in the selection, set up, implementation and support of information technology solutions and business process change management to support the manufacturing environment.
− Provide support to technical team members in regarding to systems maintenance, implementation, and troubleshooting.
− Administer and implement high- availability network and computing infrastructure technologies and services serving the users.

− Excellent customer service skills including telephone techniques, listening skills, sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
− Willing to travel, internationally and domestically
− Demonstrated project planning, project management, documentation, problem- solving and work prioritization skills.
− 5+ years of experience in network and system management and administration at manufacturing environment. MCSE and Cisco certification desired. 1+ years of experience in people management is a plus.
− Culturally sensitive – values diversity, able to understand and cooperate with other team members from different cultures.
− Strong knowledge of network operating systems, (Windows Server) and data communication protocols and technologies.
− ERP (SAP or Oracle EBS) implementation experience is highly desirable.
− Familiarity with administration and support of voice communications.
− BS degree in Information Science or related areas.
− Must be both team- oriented and self- motivated.
− Excellent oral and written English and Vietnamese communication skills, strong interpersonal skills are essential.
