IT Technical Support Supervisor - Dong Nai

Provide training and guidance to users on IT policies andbest practices, promoting knowledge sharing culture.
Collaborate with other IT department, users and vendorsto ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems and devices.
Evaluating, presenting and discussing with line manager on Objective and Key Results (OKRs)/KPI method in a regular basis.
Manage and monitor IT assets and software license management.
Research and offer in- dept technical solutions forcomplex problems or projects.
Monitoring and updating CMDB to ensure IT inventoryaccuracy and up- to- date.
Participate in and contribute to IT- related projects andinitiatives, in alignment with the goals and objectives of the organization.
Compliance with Conversation, Feedback and Recognitions(CFRs) method to build up company’s culture.
Lead a team of IT support staffs to provide IT servicesto end- users at TTI&039;s factories in Dau Giay, Dong Nai and other locations when required.
Complying and contributing to IT policies, standards, SOPand guidelines.
Perform ad- hoc support as assigned
Troubleshoot incidents, update information, andrestore/deliver IT service requests within Operational Level Agreements/Service Level Agreements, following ITSM best practices.

Knowledge of ITIL processes, such as incident, problem, andchange management, is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, continuous improvement and able workindependently.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
An above average ability to read, write, and speak English is required
Having experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Team player with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Minimum 6 years of IT experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role, with working experience in the administration of computer operating systems, troubleshooting technical problems in asophisticated IT environment, and supporting IT projects.
Certificate in ITIL, MCSA, PMP or CCNA is a plus
Demonstrated ability to learn new technology.
With experience in Manufacturing Industrial Background and new office/siteinfrastructure setup.
Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science orequivalent.
