The IT Vendor & Asset Management Administrator I will be responsible for the daily operations of the organization&039;s asset management processes and systems (ServiceNow), Work with IT Service providers vendors and hardware vendors. Working with our Vendor Management team, this position ensures corporate and legal guidelines are followed for managing IT hardware and software assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Process documentation
• Maintain accurate records of all hardware assets in ServiceNow.
• Manage IT billing processes for service providers, ensuring accuracy and timely payments on credit card or purchase order.
• Support the IT department in tracking software and hardware assets.
• Provide administrative support for vendor management activities.
• Verify and process monthly invoices by doing a 3- way match
• Handle hardware procurement, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking of IT assets that includes endpoint equipment, peripherals, cell phones, printers and label printers.
• Assist in the interpretation of licensing terms and conditions.
Qualifications
• Fluent in English, (~ IELTS 7.5 or CEFR C1)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• University or college qualification
• Experience in procurement process
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record- keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of IT asset management practices.
• Experience in IT procurement
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing
• Familiarity with licensing terms and conditions.
