Program management
- Develop and manage all academic programs to be used for IGS and partner schools. These programs may include but are not limited to the following:
• global English program that aligns with the American Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and WIDA English Language Development standards;
• a variety of skill courses, summer camps, and academic competitions that prepare students for the challenges of the 21st century.
• mainstream K- 12 American curriculum that aligns with the American Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS);
- Manage and oversee Ivy Global School’s Learning Management Systems, especially in terms of lesson databases. Research and guide operation staff and teachers to optimize the use of education technology in and out of the classroom.
- Design and deliver product training for teachers, academic operation staff, and other departments in the company as needed.
- Observe, monitor, and evaluate all academic programs regarding effectiveness, engagement, and ease of implementation, and make appropriate adjustments to improve Ivy Global School’s teaching and learning quality.
Staff management
- Build a team that works well together and support members in reaching their career goals
- Assign work to team members, define expected quality, provide training, and define scope of work for each member based on their strengths and availability
- Create processes to get work done smoothly and efficiently
- Conduct staff recruitment & training
- Regularly review team members&039; works (lesson plans, course outlines, assessment, competition contents, etc.) to provide feedback and suggestions

● Education: A Bachelor’s Degree with a relevant major, preferably in English, Math or Science teaching
● English Language Proficiency: Excellence proficiency in both written and spoken English, evidenced by an IELTS score of 7.0 and above or equivalent.
● Work Experience:
- A minimum of 02 years of teaching experience with students aged 6- 17, preferably in international programs (Cambridge, American, International Baccalaureate)
- Prior experience with curriculum design and development, preferably in international programs (Cambridge, American, International Baccalaureate)
- Prior experience with teaching and curriculum design in Math and Science is a bonus.
