Job description:

Directly process scholarship application files for the company&039;s clients with agreed- upon goals and consistency when clients sign contracts with the company.
Support the Sales and Marketing Department in effectively, accurately, and efficiently promoting services and products to customers and students.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Collaborate closely with supporting departments throughout the study abroad application process.
Provide guidance to parents and students on the knowledge and skills necessary for the scholarship application process, as well as advising on the essential skills needed for studying abroad.
Proactively handle any issues that arise regarding signed study abroad service contracts.
Manage and store student files according to company regulations.
Promote services and products to customers: Participate in events, specialized seminars, introduce products and services organized by the company&039;s Sales or Marketing Department.
Follow the procedure for preparing scholarship application files, coordinating with supporting departments to ensure the best results for the applications.

Ha Noi City:

Working time: 08:30 AM- 05:30 PM from Monday to Friday, off Saturday & Sunday
Working Location: Hanoi Center Point Building- 3th floor, 27 Le Van Luong Street, Thanh Xuan Dist., Hanoi

Ho Chi Minh City:

Working time: 08:30 AM- 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday, off Saturday & Sunday
Residential Area 13C, District Avenue, Nguyen Van Linh Street, Phong Phu, Binh Chanh, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working Location: 302 Le Van Sy Street, 1 Ward, Tan Binh Dist., Ho Chi Minh City

Candidate requirements:

Thorough understanding and adherence to the center&039;s counseling system and procedures.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Solid knowledge of US scholarship programs to accurately apply them in the document processing.
Knowledge (and practical experience) of studying abroad and other skills that support the international study process.
Opportunities for foreign candidates (Native) with equivalent experience and currently residing in Vietnam.
Strong English language skills.
Ability to assess students&039; abilities to select suitable schools and ensure the success of their applications.
Persuasive skills.
