[IVYPREP-HCM]Academic & Program Manager

Ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching methodologies and course materials for the program;
Establish and maintain relationships with top institutions worldwide to facilitate the admission of IvyPrep students;
Offer academic guidance and support to IvyPrep students aiming to apply to top colleges and universities, particularly in the US;
Recruit, train, and supervise instructors specifically for the Keiser Early Enrollment Program;
Engage with parents, students, and other stakeholders to communicate the program&039;s benefits and address any concerns;
Allocate time to participate in urgent meetings and address urgent issues.
Develop and maintain rigorous curricula that align with Keiser University&039;s standards and meet the needs of high school students;
Support the existing team of instructors and staff in maintaining high educational standards;
Provide comprehensive academic guidance and support to students enrolled in the Keiser Early enrollment program;
Ensure the program complies with relevant educational standards and accreditation requirements;
Contribute to strategic planning and the introduction of new initiatives to enhance IvyPrep&039;s services;
Teach application essay classes and application guidance classes.
Future projects, other than the responsibilities mentioned above, are contingent on further negotiation.
Host study abroad events, and workshops, including providing instructions on applying for scholarships;
Track and analyze student performance and program outcomes, using data to inform improvements;
Maintain strong relationships with IvyPrep&039;s longstanding network of parents, students, and educational partners.
Join in training programs to boost professional skills and services provided.
Recruiting, training & managing teachers.
Take on extra tasks as needed by management and the Board of Directors, getting them done on time.
Work closely with Keiser University and other educational partners to ensure the successful implementation and growth of the program;
Facilitate the offering of in- demand, career- focused courses that help students familiarize themselves with the post- secondary environment and earn college credits.
Oversee the launch and ongoing management of the Keiser Early Enrollment Program for High School Students in Vietnam, with a focus on the EQuest K- 12 school system;
Responsibility in managing TestPrep academic products
Lead operation team, ensure the quality of courses.
IvyPrep TestPrep (30%)

Exhibits proficiency in personnel administration, task delegation, risk management, and project oversight.
Understanding of the educational needs and aspirations of Vietnamese students and their families;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic management role, preferably within a college prep or Early enrollment context;
Master&039;s degree or higher in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field;
