[IVYPREP HN] SAT Teacher

Teaching activity

Fulfill teaching classes according to the company quality standards and expectations;
Complete class report and comment on students’ performance on ECO after every class;
Simplified lesson plans to be prepared and submitted when being required;
Satisfy the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Be willing to substitute when required.
Successfully meet all the requirements stated in the Teacher Handbook;

Taking part in non- teaching activities

Attend at least 12 hours of training per year;
Attend events, tests and contests as well as other activities upon request.
Complete all assessment tests after the training as required;

Communications

Mandatory usage of EQuest Workplace for communications.
Mandatory usage of IvyPrep email, not personal email for work communications;

Certification:

A teaching certificate (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA) is preferred;
For SAT Reading & Writing: Total 1550 or above
For SAT Math: SAT Math 800 or above

Knowledge: Preferred knowledge on teaching methodologies, principles and methods for curriculum and training design.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in teaching SAT Math or Reading & Writing.
Skills:

Communication and presentation skills;
Team working and decision making;
Critical thinking and problem- solving;
Multi- tasking, working under high pressure, organization.

IT & software:

Moderate understanding of LMS and other education software, especially Zoom.
Competent in MS Word, Excel, Project, PPT;

Personal quality:

High commitment with the center/company, and the teacher’s role.
Willing to work in professional development;
Honest, disciplined, enthusiastic, dynamic, innovative, and confident;

Working time:
Part- time

Can start right after the demo (demo online)
Evening on weekdays and daytime on weekends.
