Japanese Communicator

Responsibilities:

Support communicate between development team and customersin Japanese (mainlyin JP<>VN language)
Coordinate and support ProjectLeaders to managerthe project:
Q&A discussion
Communication management
Requirement analysisand management
Support Department Head to maintainbusiness
Project DocumentTranslation (JP<>EN, JP<>VN)
Document translation support (Administrative document)
Progress management
[Administrative task side and others]
Sometimes need multi languagessupport between EN<>JP<>VN
Other meeting translation support if any

Requirements

Logical thinking &analysis ability
Experience for management tool such as Redmine, Jira, Teams, MemoQ...
Experiences of stayingin Japan
Japanese Certificates: JLPT- N1(or if BJT, J1 or J1+)
Have customer- oriented mindset
English skill: Good at writing,reading (for documenttranslation), speaking and listening
Can go to business trip to overseas
Have experiences more than 03 years relatedto translation/communicators job (having experiences for IT field communication would be preferable)
Self- motivated & proactive
Experience related to project management or project coordinator
Japanese Skill ; Good at writing, speaking, reading and listening
Open Communication attitude& Teamwork
