WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Ensures that the work place remains clean and tidy, and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations
• Creates and presents the dishes in line with cooking instructions and supervisor&039;s instructions
• Respects the hotel&039;s commitments to the&039; &039;Environment Charter&039;&039;(saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc....)

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
• 3- 5 years of experience in a similar field, Japanese cuisine
• Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications
• Responsible for creating menus, designing corresponding recipes, and over seeing the preparation of those recipes
• Creative, adapts work to fluctuations in level of activity, to special events and particular guests
• Must have practical and theoretical skills in related areas
• Languages: fluent in Vietnamese, English
