Context

Workplace: main office in HCMC.
Work closely with Engineers, Japanese Directors and relevant parties to support Japanese projects, play the effective support role to drive the business performance

Relevant reporting if that is required
To support in employees&039; activities event organization and Japanese culture connection when IT is required
Other relevant tasks per business demand including to specific administrative function.
Attend meetings and serve as the official translator to help engineers understand the concept and communicate messages, instructions, and requirements between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese directors or parties.
Translating Vietnamese to Japanese and vice versa for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) design and relevant documents/materials

Having at least 1 year working experience in the similar position in engineering industry is an advantage
University graduate in Japanese major, or Japanese skills equivalent JLPT N2
Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Active, honest, compliance-minded, hard-working, careful, detailed-minded and high sense of responsibility
