• Developing potential Japanese players through accessing Japanese communities in Saigon, Binh Duong or introducing by other Japanese players in the club and then hooking on them regular membership players
_ Making prime players who swing other clubs to settle down in Vegas
_ Re inviting players who left Vegas to other clubs
_ Accelerate player’s value and re- vitalizing dormant players through Casino link system
• Promotion planning for Japanese every month with Marketing Dept. Suggest budget, plan and implementation conditions for approval.
• Introducing Vegas Tournaments to Japanese (Slot, RL and Table), advertising Tournament on communities or magazine. Gathering participants inside the club or outside and helping Japanese participants to enjoy tournament. do Japanese announcement if necessary.
• Things to support related to Japanese to achieve the job goal
• Advertisement in Japanese communities with Marketing Dept, such as restaurants, golf club and magazine. Supporting translation Club notices, information into Japanese
• Submitting monthly job plan and target achievement

• Honest, professional, hands on experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders.
• University Degree strongly preferred, ideally in a relevant degree such as marketing, advertising, communications, business, entrepreneurship or similar.
• Good at communication and reporting skills, sociable, ambitious, willingness to learn and passion for business.
• Good ability of speaking and writing in English is priority.
• Good ability of speaking and writing in Japanese is a must (N2).
• Fresh graduates or have experience working in other fields less than 2 years.
