Japanese Speaking – IT Communicator

[Project side]
- Support communicate between development team and customers in Japanese (mainly in JPVN language)
- Coordinate and support Project Leaders to manager the project:
+ Q&A discussion
+ Requirement analysis and management
+ Project Document Translation (JPEN, JPVN)
+Progress management
+ Sometimes need multi languages support between ENJPVN
+ Communication management
+ Support Department Head to maintain business
[Administrative task side and others]
- Other meeting translation support if any
- Document translation support (Administrative document)

• Have experiences more than 03 years related to translation/communicators job (having experiences for IT field communication would be preferable)
• Experiences of staying in Japan
• Experience for management tool such as Redmine, Jira, Teams, MemoQ…
• Can go to business trip to overseas
• Japanese Skill ; Good at writing, speaking, reading and listening
• Open Communication attitude & Teamwork
• English skill: Good at writing, reading (for document translation), speaking and listening
• Self-motivated & proactive
• Japanese Certificates: JLPT-N1 (or if BJT, J1 or J1+)
• Have customer-oriented mindset
• Logical thinking & analysis ability
• Experience related to project management or project coordinator
