Hiring 3 positions:

Senior: upto 40M Gross
Middle: upto 35M Gross
Junior: upto 28M Gross

Must Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the design and QA teams when developing new features
Receive new requests and participate in designing new features
Evaluate the impact of changes or new requirements on the existing system
Grasp and understand the overall architecture of the current product (Mobi System)
Implement new functionalities through clean, maintainable code based on design and specifications

Should Responsibilities:

Participate in system operations and maintenance:
Identify inefficiencies, errors, or issues in the system
Ensure system recovery and stable operation
Coordinate with relevant teams to handle incidents or system errors
Participate in release execution and ensure release quality
Perform regular system health checks and reporting

Further Opportunities:

Coordinate and supervise output quality from outsourcing teams
Manage technical team, mentor and train new members

Strong teamwork skills, logical thinking, and effective problem- solving abilities
Preferably experienced in large- scale systems or high- volume transaction platforms
Proficiency in Java for backend development
Foundational knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and software development processes
