JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handle end to end software development life cycle
Guiding junior developers
Brainstorming various strategies to deliver optimum and high- quality code.
Make Detail Design, Coding, UT and implement Java- based applications.
Application development/unit testing
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Hard Skills:
Strong knowledge of Spring Core and Spring Boot frameworks.
Previous experience in modernizing legacy systems is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Java backend development.
Solid understanding of test- driven development (TDD) and experience with tools like JUnit or Mockito.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross- functional teams.
Ability to thrive in fast- paced environments and adapt to evolving requirements.
Self- driven with the ability to work independently when required.
Problem- solving mindset with attention to detail.
