Java Developer (Middle - Senior)

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Diagnose and fix bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java- based applications: Create robust, scalable, and high- performance applications tailored to client requirements.
• Stay up- to- date with industry trends: Continuously learn and implement the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in Java development.
• Communicate effectively: Articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to clients and team members.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high- quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews: Ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

• Certifications: Java certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Additional Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience: Minimum of 2,5- 5 years of experience in Java development, with a proven track record of delivering high- quality software solutions.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with front- end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem- solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English is plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
