Responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing operational systems.
Mentor less experienced team members, provide technical training, and offer support when needed.
Develop and maintain web applications using Java Spring Boot.
Collaborate directly with the development team or clients to clarify tasks and requirements, and design systems accordingly.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Java or related frameworks.
Language: Proficient in English communication (mandatory)
Ability to research and propose effective solutions.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Strong understanding of common design patterns.
Experience in optimizing response times and databases; deep knowledge of RDBMS. Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
Experience in building pipeline workflows and working with CI/CD processes.
Experience in system design and working with microservices architecture.
Nice to have:
Experience in planning and managing teams is an advantage.
Experience working with Korean clients is a plus.
