Java Engineer (Spring/Spring boot, Junit)freeC's Client

Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and project development members to analyze product specifications, changes to specifications, and new feature additions.
Design databases, develop features, and support other team members.
Perform other tasks assigned by the PM.
Participate in project development as a Middle/Senior Software Engineer from the Outline Design and Detail Design phases to Development/Implementation, Code Review, Unit Testing, and Release. You may also receive training to become a Principal Software Engineer.

Requirements
Basic Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience and passion for web application development using:
Languages: Java
JavaScript, jQuery
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL...
Experience with Automation Testing tools: JMeter, JUnit, Selenium
Frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, Struts, Seasar2, Hibernate...
Experience with DevOps tools: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker
Strong technical research and problem- solving skills
Ability to create and present easy- to- understand technical documentation and share knowledge with teammates

Preferred:

Understanding of Japanese company workflows and working styles is an advantage
Proficient in using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
Ability to read, understand, and analyze business requirements from clients
Good English reading comprehension skills
Strong problem- solving and communication skills

Working Hours & Leave
