Java Tech Lead

Develop and maintain high- quality Java applications using Spring/Spring Boot and Struts.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define, design new features.
Work closely with Japanese clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Technical Requirements

Java core (at the level of understanding the components and execution in Java)
5+ years of experience in Java development and software engineering.
Middleware (at the level of understanding the structure, operating Java Program Monitoring, Solr/Elasticsearch, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx, Load Balance.etc.
SpringBoot (above the usage level. know the components and can customize)
Network (at the basic level TCP/IP, SSL, Proxy, VPN)
Oracle Database (need above the usage level. understand the structure, optimize SQL and monitor)

Professional skills

Understanding of modern technologies such as microservices, cloud computing, big data, and DevOps.
Experience in deploying and integrating CRM, ERP, e- commerce, OMS systems or similar platforms.
Understand network diagrams and principles of protocols used
Ability to analyze and optimize complex systems.

Soft skills

Ability to learn and master operating principles rather than learn and follow.
Good communication and presentation skills, able to work with both technical teams and business leaders.
Strategic thinking and ability to solve problems quickly.
