What you will typically do in an DECP Program:
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast- paced environment.
• Comply with DECP Program and Company Regulation.
• Apply classroom learning to real- world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Fully participate in training sessions on various IT topics, including programming languages, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and soft skills.
• Assist Mentor/ Senior IT professionals/ Project Manager with assigned tasks.
• Stay up- to- date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Degree program in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
• Has knowledge or relevant work experience in any of the following programming languages or technologies: Java/Java EE, .NET, C, C++, C, JavaScript, SQL, System, Linux, window server, …
• Good English communication skills
• Diploma&039;s or Bachelor&039;s degree (or global equivalent) required
• Zero or more years of technology- related work experience

• Basic analytical and problem- solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs
• Be able to work at DXC Office
