[JHC0031750] FINANCE GENERAL MANAGER

Managing 2 sections: Accounting and Purchasing.
Accounting Department

Handle internal and external audit.
Monthly report to General Director, Global Headquarters and Production Headquarters.
Responsible all accounting procedures: Financial accounting (VAS and IFRS), Tax, Managerial accounting, Cash management.
Ensure that all financial transactions are genuine, correctly calculation.
Cash flow forecast and control in daily, daily bank transaction control, and loan related transaction.
Ensure estimates, accruals, prepayments, provisions and calculated balance are appropriate, supported and base on sound information.
Transfer pricing document preparation.
Manage and control the day- to- day activities in Finance & Accounting Division. Managing 5 members including 1 Chief accountant.
Review cost accounting. Perform Internal Control.

Purchasing section

Responsible for purchase activities.
Manage 6 members including 1 purschasing section manager.
Monthly report to General Director and Production Headquarters.
Perform cost reduction in purchase price.

Other

Check and manage internal documents for company approval.
Miscellaneous job if any.

English fluently is must.
SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
Good reporting and analytical skills.
At least 10 years experience in accounting and similar position. Working experience in multinational manufacturing companies is plus.
Cost accounting experience within a manufacturing is must.
Bachelor degree or higher: Accounting, Auditing, Financing.
