Top Japanese trading company is seeking the qualified and highly motivated staff for the position of: Senior Accounting Staff of Finance & Accounting Department

Reporting Manager: Vietnamese Chief Accountant and Japanese Manager

Job Description:

Management of company assets.
Check applications for expenses.
Checking payment vouchers for Local & Oversea Suppliers & staffs.
Preparing Social/Medical/Unemployment insurances declarations.
Bank reconciliation monthly.
Checking tax declarations including PIT for Vietnamese & Foreigner, VAT, FCT, CIT, Transfer pricing.
Working with professional consultation on taxes related issues.
Checking service contracts, checking time sheets & revenue calculation.
Consultation to Board of Management, other department where required.

Required:

Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
Team- work spirit.
Honest, patient, proactive.
English fluency, Japanese is plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
Goodwill to work long- term.
Having 5 year experience in accounting/taxes services is preferable.
Age 30- 36.
Working experience in Japanese companies.
University degree- Accounting major.
