MiTek Vietnam is seeking a talented and motivated English Trainer to join our team. The English Trainer is responsible to train and mentor staff to improve their skills in a coordinated manner as part of the Learning, Development & Performance team in conjunction with the requirements of the English Academic Manager
Responsibilities:
• Participate in team’s projects or company’s projects
• Other reasonable duties as assigned
• Conduct training sessions
• Provide recommendations for training as per class observations, research and apply new technology
• Track and update the learners’ progress on a regular basis
• Work with and support the Communication teams’ efforts to improve the teamwork or teaching quality of the team
• Assist in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes DEI, Talent Acquisition, LD&P, Talents Retention and other programs and initiatives in support of company goals and culture
• Compose revision lessons and tests for examining learners’ English abilities during the course
• Assist with updating the teaching materials and curriculum to adapt to learners’ ability and the company demand
• Provide lesson plans and prepare teaching materials for the training programs
• Correct learners’ homework, tests, exams and provide feedbacks to learners.
Requirements:
Customer Service: Demonstrate a track record of providing good customer service
Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is highly desirable.
Teaching knowledge and skills: Proven ability to teach, coach and assess learners’ progress, Proven ability to provide factually correct direction to others relating to the tasks
At least 03 years of experience teaching adults (General English and Tests Prep)
English level (CEFR) above C1 or equivalent
University qualification (with teaching/English language certificates)
