OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Fresher/Junior Accountant to join our team. A Fresher/Junior Accountant plays a key role in supporting the accounting team with day- to- day financial operations. This entry- level position provides an opportunity to develop essential accounting skills while gaining practical experience in a professional environment. The role involves assisting in recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compliance Support:Assist in preparing documents for audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:Assist in managing invoices, payments, and collections.
Reconciliation:Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Admin Support:Support in admin tasks as needed.
Document Management:Organize and maintain financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and reports.
Transaction Recording:Record and update daily financial transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Reporting:Generate basic financial reports and provide updates to senior accountants.
Data Entry:Input financial data into accounting software with precision.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Attention to detail.
Excellent English skills.
Understanding of Vietnamese tax laws, accounting principles.
Willing to learn and to work attitude.
Good at Microsoft Excel.
Have knowledge in accounting software.
At least 6 months of experience in accounting. Open for Freshers or Interns.

WORK DETAILS:

Working hours: 9 AM- 6 PM from Monday- Friday.
Location: Lakeview 1- 19 To Huu, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
