Key Responsibilities:
Support month- end and year- end closing procedures, including document organization and transaction review.
Record and maintain accurate daily accounting transactions in the accounting system.
Assist with preparation and submission of basic tax reports (e.g., VAT, PIT, WHT) under supervision.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Accountant and Finance team.
Coordinate with external accounting partners on document collection and data input as needed.
Help prepare invoices, receipts, and vouchers, and support document archiving.
Perform reconciliation of accounts such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank transactions.
Assist in preparing payment requests, ensuring they comply with company policies and tax regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MISA, Excel, ERP tools) is a plus.
Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and general accounting practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance support role
