Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail- oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in accounting, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month- end processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and verify invoices, payments, and expense claims
● Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements
● Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents
● Reconcile bank statements and company accounts monthly
● Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for month- end closing
● Other tasks as assigned by the Accounting/Finance Manager
● Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues
● Record day- to- day financial transactions and ensure accurate posting in the accounting system
● Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local regulations (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT)
● Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation
Requirements:
● Good organizational and time management skills
● Solid knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
● Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MISA, Fast, SAP is a plus)
● 2–3 years of experience in a general accounting role
● Intermediate English (reading and writing financial documents/emails)
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
● Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
