<Job Responsibilities>

1. Accounting job

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc. Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
• Tax reporting (VAT, CIT, WHT) monthly, quarterly and yearly report in accordance with VAS and internal also.
• Work with auditing company, accounting dept of other affiliates, Mother Company
• Prepare Invoice and send to client, Internal Group, Management of AR, AP
• Work with the tax authority for, VAT, PIT refund
• Process the payment to supplier and internal group, input data SAP software, Daily report, Budget plan, Financial report, and Financial report analysis, Internal report, consolidate report
• Work in Independence, and teamwork with sales teams

2. Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned

- Working Time: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)

- Monthly Salary: 500–700USD

• Age: Under 28. Gender: Female only

• Education: Bachelor Degree major in Accounting
• Language: English business level (really good in both 4 skills, especially speaking)
• Experience: If experienced, from 1 year as General Accountant
• * Fresh graduate is welcomed
• Ability to complete the project work independently under limited guidance and overtime to meet deadlines
• Possess a habit of recording, tracking, reviewing & evaluating work progress
• General business manners
• Good organization, time-management & multi-tasking skills
• Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude.
