Junior Art Director

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsible for develop concept based on project requirements & carry out design according to unified ideas; Collaborate with the Creative Director to work & create high- quality design elements for creativity.
JOB DUTIES:

Design 2D KV, POSM, backdrops, logos, banners, flyers, uniforms, and cards, etc.
Engage in conceptualizing and crafting designs tailored to the specifications for event & activation activities;
Provide ideas and advice to the Account/ Planning/ Production team on design concepts., ensuring cohesive color palettes aligned.
Solid knowledge of materials and propose suitable ones for printed materials;
Providing high- quality print files for production use.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Graphic Design or a related majors;
Ability to use technology tools such as AI in design work;
At least 2 years of experience in 2D design/ Creative in the ATL/ Digital/ IMC Agency or FMCG Companies;
Strong skills of customer service, time management & teamwork;
Strong skills of presentation and design briefing;
Prior to Creative & Innovation mindset;
Able to work well under high pressure and independently.
3D Experience is an advantage;
Eager to learn, proactive & positive thinking;
