Duties & Responsibilities

Participate in reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of solutions while adhering to established guidelines.
Monitor progress and accomplishments, reporting outcomes on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to analyze project requirements and deliver scalable no- code solutions.
Stay updated on advancements in no- code technology and recommend innovative ideas for system improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, proposing innovative solutions to maintain seamless system operations.

Open to a 2- month probationary period.
Excellent problem- solving abilities with a knack for analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges.
At least 6 months of experience in responsive web design.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Capability to work independently and within a team.
Understanding of design thinking principles and their application in user- focused solutions.

Nice- to- Have

Hands- on experience with no- code tools like Bubble, Adalo, Softr, Webflow, Airtable, Glide, or Flutterflow.
At least 6 months of experience developing full- stack applications using frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Django.
Interest in working on diverse products across various industries.
Familiarity with project development methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean, Waterfall).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary
Post- probation salary: 12,000,000- 17,000,000 VND per month (gross), negotiable based on experience and competency.
Annual salary increase rates of 10- 30%.
Opportunity for salary negotiation every 6 or 12 months based on performance.
Probation salary: 9,350,000 VND per month.
